At Lauren Blakemore Aquatics

learning to swim is a priority and we understand families may want to start together

Baby and Me lessons offer kids aged 6 months to 3 years the opportunity to explore, be introduced and learn safety still in the comfort of a safe environment and with their parent (s).

A few things we focus on

Lauren Blakemore Aquatics has the background rooted in Red Cross lessons, but also takes and independant and unique approach to teaching with Infast Resource Safety style invovled. (ISR Lessons)

Learn Together

Commonly known as Parent and Tot classes, Baby and Me! lessons are designed to help introduce young children to swimming lessons, while also teaching the parent safety skills for being in the water with their little one.

Teach Safety Skills

Something of significance to this program is that parents are taught how t encourage safety skills in their child’s learning including floating, bubbles, resurfacing, rolling over and more.

Review First Aid (Infant)

Many parents often express that one of the most valuable things they learned from Parent and Tot classes was the first aid and training should something go wrong (water related).
